What is Automated E-mail notification service?

Service that enable borrowers to receive the notifications from the library via email. The system will send notifications automatically to your INTI email when the borrowed item (books or CD/DVD) is going to overdue or the item is overdue. The librarian will email when the item has been reserved by another user and the reserved item is ready for collection.

The details of notifications are as follows:

NOTIFICATION TYPE REASONS
Courtesy Notification To remind user 3 days before the item is overdue.
Overdue Notification To notify user 1 day, 7 days & 100 days after the item is overdue.
Recall Reserved Item Notification To notify user the borrowed item has been reserved by another user.
Reserved Item Notification To notify user when the reserved item is ready for collection.
